THREE GREAT LOCATIONS IN SMITHTOWN, RONKONKOMA, AND MEDFORD
Facilities are private, clean and spacious. Private treatment rooms are available at each location. Every patient receives hands-on individualized care by a licensed physical therapist (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA). Each of our staff members have years of experience in outpatient Physical Therapy. Since we are owner operated (not physician or hospital owned), we need to take great care in the treatment and outcome of our patients. Our referrals come from former patients, Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Dentist and Attorneys. We welcome you to call or stop by one of our facilities for a site visit. Our schedules can usually accommodate all work schedules and situations. We have flexible schedules and no charges for missed appointments.
